Dispatch & Delivery

Items in stock are mailed within THREE WORKING DAYS of receipt of order and payment. If any delay is anticipated – e.g. new stock in production, postage delays etc – the buyer will be informed. For bespoke items – e.g. commissions or personalised items – delivery dates and methods are negotiable.

Customs duty and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or for non-delivery due to import duty or taxes being withheld by the buyer.

Returns & exchanges

Request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items described as ‘sale’ or ‘clearance’

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for the cost of the return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, The Inky Flower will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The Inky Flower will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
